JH Health & Care Associates

Unlike the majority of consultancy firms, the two directors of JH Health & Care Associates Ltd. have direct experience of working within the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under the Health & Social Care Act and so are best placed to support and advise customers.

We have worked with a wide range of clients to support direct service provision, including NHS trusts, the Local Government Ombudsman, dentists, a number of care provider associations, as well as both corporate and individual social care providers. In addition we continue to work with a number of Solicitors, Accountants, Banks as well as various financial institutions.

Prior to setting up JH Health & Care Associates Ltd, both Directors worked as Managers for CQC and before that the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and between them have gained over 30 years of experience within the Health & Social regulatory framework in the East of England. In addition both Directors have previous experience of direct service provision working within social care prior to moving into regulation.

In 2004 both Judi and Helen achieved a Post Graduate diploma in Managing in Health & Social Care, which they passed with distinction & letter of commendation. In addition Judi has DipSW/DipHE Social work and BSc (Hons) Behavioural Sciences and Helen has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
