We have been very successful in reducing the timescales for services suspended after a safeguarding concern.

We are able to provide an objective and robust complaints investigation service to support you in responding appropriately to any complaints received. Our service can help you demonstrate that all appropriate action has been undertaken if a complaint is referred to the Local Government Ombudsmen by demonstrating that all appropriate action has been undertaken.
